Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Karen. I am just starting traditional treatment for severe hypertension, and hate the horrible side effects of the prescription drug. I believe in alternative medicine and actually prefer it, but had to start treatment immediately, as my BP was really high. I just learned today of treating hypertension with acupuncture and am going to try it. Thanks again, and I wish you continued succes with treating YOUR BP. :)
