Hi Romy. The helicopter was a Venture 30CP. The camera was a Cannon IXY Digital that I mounted on a couple of aluminium rails. I thought such a large heavy camera would have affected the handling but I could not notice any difference. By the way, the area was Brisbane, Australia.
The helicopter you can get from any good model shop. Just remember that buying the heli is only a small part of it. There is a lot of cost involved in all the extra equipment and time needed for this hobby.
Hi, there was a great movie (I think from New Zealand) with R/C helicopter & R/C stunt cars, where couple of teenagers caught some criminals. Anyone know this movie? pls ;)
I was curious if the camera on your helicopter was manually turned on before starting the copter, or if it was patched into the circuitry of the helicopter?...thanks
Hi stargazr32, the camera was actually a full size cannon camera that was mounted off the skids and started manually before flying. Thanks for your comment.
Great shots from the cannon or should I say Canon. Dave
