There is no way to fix that, I just have another hard drive for it. One 596GB hard drive for my gaming info, such as Half Life files, and a 465GB hard drive JUST for fraps. I recommend editing your video, uploading it, making sure it uploads correctly, then delete the video files you have recorded.
