I STILL have my set of like 7-10 beyblades somewhere in a toy chest ive had for many years. I remember my favorite one was an upgraded Driger bitbeast and i had a top that was mostly speed and attack. I used to love just sitting there puttin them together and battling my friends when iw as like 9 or 10. I remember we called out attacks just to have fun with it..good times indeed

Beyblades were HUGE at my school when I was in Grade 5. I had this one with this big metal ring around it that I got from one of those cheap $2 shops. It was one of those Chinese ones with the weird packaging. Anyway, it was so beast that it smashed some kids Beyblade into a wall and broke it. Good times :P

the new show could use a healthy dose of EPIC. the animation is good but we need bit beasts, teams and less animal referances [ here's lookin at u Benkei and Tetsuya, we get that you have a bull and a crab for whatever appears from ur beyblades, no need to remind us every freakin second]. if they could redo the old beyblade with the new animation it would be amazing.
