Now, I don't want to be bombarding you with posts, but, I need to say that you shouldn't let your budgies outside of their cage outside. Now, I can tell they are clipped, but even a clipped bird can catch wind, and be lifted up into the air. I actually know people who have lost birds this way.

I can tell you really love your budgies. So some suggestions would be to take them outside either in their cage or in a carrier. Sunlight offers them vitamin D which a lot of house birds miss out on.
