  • Just be safe! That a lot of zappy! Cheers :)

  • I had a trucking company did dispatching, logistics all myself with wife helping owned 2 trucks and had drivers so know first hand what you have gone thru, not easy but I am into something different know mobile advertising. Have an econoline E150 with a professional audio eqptm and 3 50'' plasma so looking at your video to get ideal on how to keep it powered.. Thanks and good luck in trucking.

  • I would love how to learn how to do all those systems and wiring. Do you have any recommendations on where I can learn? Or can you teach me?

  • Nice set up.

  • man, i never knew sooooo much went into trucking, looking foward to the next episode of Thats Trucking! God Bless you brother!

  • Thanks OFTW. God Bless You

  • beats what i had. i just hard-wired my inverter to the batteries by running a line through a hole under the lower bunk. i forget if i even had a fuse he he.

  • Nice set up there

  • Nice job, Warren.

  • Thank you

  • keep on trucking for jesus

  • Amen

  • good to see you again!

  • Tnx

  • That was very cool Warren.Much better then plugging in a inverter to the cigarette lighter. lol.

  • LOL, yep, just a bit more complex.

  • You are amazing, Warren!

  • Hey, call me. Your # doesn't work anymore!!

  • I've changed it. I'll call you.

  • Great job warren, very cool

  • Thank you Jeff

  • Impressive. I can't say as I understand it but my hubby does lol

  • LOL

  • So what type of generator do you have Warren? I know what you're saying about peace and quiet with battery + inverter. Do you guys run 240V or 120V mains power in U.S.? And what about air-con while you are stationary, does the APU run that ? We run an "Icepak" air-con for when we're stopped, 7 HP Kubota unit which is pretty noisy but you can be under a blanket in 120 deg. heat, also run a 240V inverter, about 5 KW of usable electric power. Great set-up you got there...neat job.

  • We use 110v mostly. I have a Honda Gen. Super quite. But it runs on gas so I'm always on the hunt for fuel. I will be adding a Diesel genset and a roof top AC unit. There is no way around a generator, but the less you can use it, the better...

  • Great stuff bro!

I have lived off grid for the past 12 years and I just gotta say it's the only way to go :)

Solar, wind, batteries, and catchment water :)

  • REALLY? My wife and I want to do that. I told her that the truck system was practice. It's more or less a mini system to what I will do later. I still plan to incorporate a solar panel and I would like to toy with making my own wind gen for the truck ( for when I'm sitting of course) Just for fun...

  • That would be cool... :) They make a marine model of wind generator which is supposed to be really good. I have the standard version. The marine model is white and the standard version is gray. If you need any tips on solar etc. let me know?

  • If you ever need any tips let me know?

    LORD bless!

  • I get the feeling your rig hasn't seen a non-driver truck technician since last one or before that because you do all your own work as combo owner operator wrench chef.

    5*

  • LOL, right, only the small stuff.

  • awesome vid 5 stars!! Thinkin I Might start truckin sometime. Not rigt at the moment though, but would like to lease my own rig.

  • cool

  • thats quite the system you've got there! Great Video!

  • I really like it

  • great video

  • Thanks Dog

  • your welcome
