okay, maybe what you should do is slow down first instead of trying to learn things too quickly

i will tell you one thing, get the left hand down first before you start picking anything, just legato the scales(ascending and descending) until its WAY to easy. then move on from there. one step at a time.

Your so pretty, but you should work a lil more on your sweeping, slow it down and make it accurate, check your progress weekly on how fast you get and have a goal set in mind, whether raise your speed 1 or 2 bpms per week or raise it 20 bpms in a year, also try creating yourself a backing track and practice improvising and so on.. Id recommend online lessons from tom hess... He's a beast teacher and he knows his shit =]

quick tip try using 6 note per string groupings doesn't matter what root you choose then take your metronome back it down to about 80 and concentrated on lining up every note in a triplet then speed up to a sixteenth note triplet and repeat in the varying octaves. It's a good why to build control and accuracy :) but deff alot of potential keep it up

You are doing good. Keep at it. That is great speed picking. Something I had to learn was not to be afraid of starting slow and building up. If you have a metronome it can help with building speed and learning to have both hands play with more coordination. I have a good feeling if you keep at it, you are going to get alot better with it.
