The AOC engines is really fantastic one of the best looking games, not just in the MMO genre. I play on max dx9, with full 3500m view distance and its insane. Also the amount of vegitation is amazing, when you play AOC its hard to enjoy anything less. The world is very alive too, mobs will fight each other, or go about their daily routine such as building fires and it really adds to the immersion.

and wow is a copy of everquest. something must be wrong with your computer or stop downloading porn, so you'll get a good connection. I have no bugs or crashes at all. and if you are bored, play some super mario. I see no difference between super mario and wow. I got embarrassed when I tried wow. its like if blizzard never heard of realistic graphics and gameplay.

Those too games arent even alike, Age of Conan is a multiplayer while Elderscrolls are single, the gameplay is deffrent and a whole lot of things.

You should try both games out before judging them.

AoC is THE best game. and its hitting 1 mill ACTIVE users. they even have overpopulated servers. expansion is on the way and the patching is amazing. its a much better game than WoW and it will last much longer. what will WoWers do when the lvl cap is raised to well 120?

Fairjudged has a point. If you purchased Mac -for- gaming then you're screwed in the head. Not only are the majority of gamers running on one version of Windows or another, but the majority of games are -made- for Windows. On top of that, Mac has practically admitted that Windows is better for such things in some regards by creating Bootcamp that allows you to run Windows programs on your Mac without a third party emulator.

seige is an 80 man endeavor per guild and you have to be level 80 to do it. If you don't have enough people in the guild to do seige, you can hire mercenaries (other players) to do the killing for you :)
