But you have of couse second opinions if you like the total wars series, you can download the MOD Lord of the rings Total War (for Rome total war - Alexander Expansion) or the MOD Third Age Total War (for Medieval 2 total war - kingdom expansion)

You probably already know about this but you can still play online with programs like hamachi which can create networks between players so they can still play together, you could make your own hamachi room and im sure there are some fans of you who would like to play with you.And just to make clear, the servers weren't shut down because there weren't enough people playing it but because EA's license for EA games ended at the end of 2010 the games are also removed from shops for the same reason.

Type Hamachi ip at Google --> select the first one and download --> Open it --> select network (you cant miss it) then create network or join exiting network, you can join a network and you will only have to type in the name and password for the network and it will create itself, you can set it on youtube and with your popularity it will be full very quickly, then you see if someone is online, ask for a battle and meet eachother at the LAN of BFME2.

@Warbydrpg i know 600 people who still play and on the last day we all had a private torney with 600 other people (diffrent matches at diffrent times) thats over 1200 people who dont agree with you ok compared to the call of duty black ops servers it nothing but thats like comparing halo 3 to section 8 both incredibly good games just one is more underrated than the other.

@HugoFoxHH Actually the servers shutdown because the lisencing that EA made with Newline Cinema expired. But, Game Ranger and other programs are making servers on the game. So Online play won't be gone forever.

Nawh, that's a shame. Otherwise, at least theres other strategy games and stuff that you can make videos of :)
