@Mbad20 so you can't understand why would God allow sihir to this Ustaz? do you understand the concept of afterlife in Islam? if you don't.. hope you understand the concept of merits and demerits. if a human can withstand the hardships thrown upon him, than he gets a part of his sins cleanse and in return be in God's grace. That's why instead of moping about his plight, the Ustaz was grateful. It reminded him of his humanity. In the end he was cured and the ones who sihir him begged forgiveness.
