I am an award winning screenwriter. And I can tell you that most scripts are crap and most young writers have not done their homework. They have not read the classics. They have not developed their vocabulary skills. They have not become emotionally developed individuals. And as a result you see childish material being produced. Because many of the people who are green lighting these projects are in the boat as the writers. And the people running are society have failed also.
Watching kids like this is completely wrong. News stories have emerged where schools have been observing kids in their home and bedroom. If a school gives a child a laptop, parents should be very suspicions of this. While the reports of schools spying on children now might be scorned, this will probably be different in a couple of years time with a modified approach by the schools.
@dharmashooter you know these kids NEED to be watched when you give them computers like this or they will never get anything done. I think it's a bad idea just to give kids computers in the classroom to being with!
@Banzaishuriken A kid is a baby goat. And animals only require observation to ensure that they perform according to the wishes of their owners. Without observation a living creature will ALWAYS get something done. Action only ceases at death.
i agree with the principals idea that putting technology into the school makes it easier for them.
