BOTH McCain and Obama have Constitutional issues regarding their legality to be President. McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone. This,apparently,has been approved by the Senate saying he is "natural born". However, BHO refuses to release his birth certificate. Firstly, no one really knows where he was born. 2ndly his father was married to another woman (this was the reason Stanley,BHO's mom,left him so the marriage was bigamist and illegal (does not legally exist).

His father chose to leave the family, pursue his education and go back and help his home country Kenya. He and his wife thus divorced by mutual consent. The marraige is legal, because Obama's dad comes from a culture that accepts multiple wives.

prior to 1986, someone born abroad was a U.S. citizen only if both parents were U.S. citizens at the time of the child's birth. Since Obama's father was not a U.S. citizen (he was Kenyan), he actually cannot claim citizenship by jus sanguinis, only by jus soli with Hawaii considered a state, which many native Hawaiians dispute. But if BHO was born somewhere else than in the US then he is not a citizen according to the law at the time.

I know that. As I said earlier, Obama's mum was staying in Hawaii. Whether some Hawaiians dispute Hawaii being a US state or not is irrelevant. Hawaii is considered a US state by the USA.

Let me put it another, more obvious way. There is no way in hell someone who was not obviously a US citizen would be able to run for the President's office. Obama's been in politics for decades. Whatever he doesn't want revealed, it's not his citizenship legitimacy.
