  • haha this song is too cute! and i love julie andrews as guenevere. xD

  • This is one of my favorite songs!

  • As said in another video, I really, REALLY think everyone should stop comparing people to Andrews. Broadway is a grand place, and so is the stage, and everyone has their own rendition, positives and negatives.

Not to mention you just can't compare anyone to Andrews. There is no comparison. It's a joke!

  • @Cerberuswaltz Very well said.

  • LOL! My school just put on Camelot, and just picturing they guy who played Lionel saying the stuff in his part....I can't stop laughing....

  • A VERY diffficult song to sing -- breath control, range, articulation of rapid stacatto -- not to mention acting out the humor.

  • how could u dislike this ..u r hearing an voice made by angels

  • I adore this! My parents went to the musical in the 60s and we had this version of the soundtrack (same album cover, too!). I still have the vinyl here - just love it!

  • This song is so great, Guinevere flirting and getting the knights all worked up.

  • Man, Guinevere is such a bitch in this song...

    It's dangerously catchy, though!

  • This is just one of the songs that makes this Camelot score so enjoyable to listen to over and over again. Julie Andrews - what can I say? She was my singing idol growing up (and this was in the 60's) and that still hasn't changed. Her delivery is just exquisite!

  • Wow, they must really like fairs.

  • YOU must really like fairs! DOWN THUMB!

    (FRENCHMAN!)

  • Freshman.

Did you just happen to watch this video too and saw my comment? That's so weird.

  • No, I saw that you watched it and left a comment, so I decided to heckle you. ^-^

  • Wait...what? Are you stalking me or something? I'm kind of creeped out.

  • Please can somebody explain me what this song is about?

  • In the play, the Knights of the Round Table engage in combat with each other to train and also to win status and the right to act as escort to the queen. Guenevere is egging on each of the knights to challenge and defeat the incomparable Lancelot. So she is reliving one of the simple joys of maidenhood. ;)

  • The role of Guenvere belongs to Julie Andrews! Many new musical actresses

    try the role only to be compared with her;

they are eventually forced to concede that

their performances are far from Julie's own!

  • I agree! Julie is far more talented than anyone who ever tried to portray any of her roles.

  • Thank you for uploading all these wonderful music! We would never get the chance to hear...

  • Thanks for the comment. No doubt there'll be more music up soon :)
