What did you use to keep the Stikfas staionary while you animated them? I find their many points of articualtion to be really great but keeping them in one place while capturing slight movements especially on a table top or other non-textured surface can be kind of infuriating... I use clay on the bottoms of their feet sometimes but I am looking for another method that might produce a little cleaner effect.

the jumping bits were mostly done with me holding onto an arm of a leg or a bit of a swod offscreen, and the lightsabers were photoshop.

i used blu-tak for mine, isnt so messy as clay as it holds together alot more.
