Cos it's very common to hear "she's a ten" if she is absolutely stunning. But then if it wasn't for girls like her (naive but sweet), picking up tens would be virtually impossible unless you were a master at pickup or rich and famous.

That doesn't mean she isn't smart, just that she doesn't think every guy who talks to her wants to pick her up. That could make her a little naive at the most, but not all attractive women are aware of their beauty all the time, at least to the extent that they expect every guy wants them.
