@gottagofast12 With all we've done it gets warm, but doesn't overheat, actually runs cooler than motors on some karts, AND most importantly, we still keep the drinks cold.

It has a full square tube frame built into the cooler to mount everything and secure the cooler. The rear half is motor, front half is cooler, so it holds 60 to 80 drinks.

@mike74911 if you mounted the motor out the back and not in the cooler you could use that half of the cooler to run copper piping through and then run that around the head of the motor and it could run better, small pump that runs off a temp gage to keep the motor at peak oprtion temp.

Thats awsome. I would bet any money that if i lived in a neighborhood that didnt care about noise that i would have a motorized something. Once a friend brought his 70cc dirtbike and the cranky old neighbors called the cops for noise pollution (sounded great and was a deep engine sound, compared to some really noisy karts without mufflers)
