Guys if you see to his buffs bar he has all the time the paladin buff divine favor (if that's its name). When it is on his next holy spell is 100% crit. So he record the video when he has this on. when he cast the Holy Light spell and we see that it is a crit, he pause the video and he is waiting untill the Divine Favor skill cooldown. It is not too hard to find out how he is doing this if you watch the video carefully!!!

wrong... if you look at the combat text above his head you'll notice that its a constant stream of mana return. If he would have edited it to simply use Divine Favor over and over again the stream of mana gain would have been broken up, and only shown one or two +540 at a time.
