kahn is a great character because he's actually pretty realistic and human. i hate it when people dismiss a character because he has "traits of a stereotype". Why is this bad? why does every character have to fit the bill of an anti stereotype? that shit makes characters boxed in. for kahn, you can see where he's coming from, his history, etc. creating characters out of stereotype is ok, but going extreme is just asinine...

i love how some people i know that hate this show says that it's "too redneck" with no diversity.

They say other animated shows a lot more diversity. I disagree. A ton of stereotyped jokes at the expense of minorities is funny but it's not diversity.

Kahn on the other hand is definately a stereotype but it's like the only show where they show a foreign character as an actually fully fleshed out character and he's very likable to viewers
