If the flip flops use triple ply canvas, they might not be legal, depending on the federation. If they are made of rubber, they are definitely illegal. Are they Inzer flip flops?

I personally used super tight socks made of a highly tensile substance. They fool the judges everytime. They also allow me to slam dunk on a 10 meter high basket.

In September in Moscow there will be big raw bench meet "NutraSport Elite Cup", where best russian benchers will be fight for cash in raw bench. the participants: Vladimir Kravtsov (personal best 290, 365 in shirt), Dmitry Kasatov (280, 300 in gym), Vyacheslav Solovyov, Kirill Sarychev (in shirt 337, raw 270, 20 years old!!), Vladimir Maksimov (400 in shirt, raw 277.5 in meet, 300 in gym)... and many other benchers. He is from Vladimir city (the capital of the Vladimir region of Russia). He's best in shirt - 320 ipf, if don't mistake.
