Lets be honest, these dishes are either Indian or Persian. Throughout time merchants of both countries migrated to Kuwait and by time introduced their dishes to the people of the gulf, who later named it their "cuisine". Thus these dishes are no more nor less non- Gulf, they are now considered to be traditional food.
