I have 285 cooper STT's on my '08 taco, a 3" hell-bent steel spacer....and i haven't found anything mine can't get through..in fact i had water up to the windshield the other day and it just kept powering through it.....but i would say 285's...mine looks great and preforms amazingly.

Im sure 35's will bog it down. U might want to regear it and also have your speedo recalibrated. The biggest ide go is 33's. U can get around doing all that with 33's. But if you put a crazy big lift on it then 33's will look too small lol

sounds great since its not to loud not to quite... cant wait to get a second gen yota got to wounder if i put 33s or 35s on it ill be getting the 4.0 with the 6 speed double cab do you think 35s will make the gears to long and bog the truck down??
