my dad had a 80 blazer with the 350 4 bolt main, 4 speed and emergency package(red lights and 100 watt siren[EMT]). loved that ruck. would love to find one for myself. problem is they are a rare breed of truck. can hardly find the old K5's anymore. even harder to find them in good condition.
@mattisgreat75 yea it was until it met with what you just mentioned. the frame rotted in 3 places and caused the frame to collapse. i know, i was there. he took it out to get some groceries one day and one pot hole fucked up the whole thing... twas a shame to see its life end so abruptly... there are times that he wishes he had kept the engine so he could put it into another Blazer if he ever found one. he probably could have gotten another frame for it if he had the money and time to do so.....

@AdmiralKakarot old K5s have BIG rust problems mine has some but noting major that truck of your dads sounds pretty cool!
