How to Play "Help I'm Alive" by Metric on Guitar (Whole Lesson)

I just watched a video of the band playing this live on acoustic and this lesson seems to be 100% correct but if you want to play the song just like the band does then play it without a capo and with barre chords and the chords become these:

G -> Bb

Asus2 -> Cm

Em - > Gm

C - > Eb

D - > F

Bm - > Dm
