Of course you can be, but it is going to vary case to case as to whether it's a good idea.

One logistical problem is that sometimes you do not know whether the ex's current lover knows about you or not :)

Good video Chelle :) I think remaining friends with an ex is all about context, your friendship and how the two of you are individually. If you think you can remain friends, without still having feelings or hangups from the relationship, then I say go for it. You can never have too many good friends :)

Mmm, might be a little confusing, I know~ But thats just me, I know I kinda never talk to this ex-boy of mine and I feel like Im starting to do that with my ex-girlfriend. I dont want to, but its the way my feelings kinda shift~
