  • thatd awesome man with hunting season right around the corner good luck i sure cant wait keep rattling and be safe.

  • Where in Missouri do you hunt I do it in vernon county

  • @USAamericaUSA I hunt mostly in NE, North central and mid south MO. Clark, Macon, Lewistown, Texas, Wright counties the most.

  • at 2:04, did you add that noise or what was that noise?

  • @beekyosuke I dubbed in a Curly sound drop from the 3 Stooges.

  • Not gonna lie, your grunting could use some help, other than that, awesome vid. 5 stars

  • @KiboshProductions So which part of my grunting needs help? The part before or after I grunt in 3 bucks inside 15 minutes?

  • sumbody needs to teach you a lesson on how to grunt in whitetails becuz thats just absurd

  • @Skankpronger Really? The 3 bucks the came in to the grunting sure liked it. By the way I looked on your Youtube site for some of your expert advice videos but I don't see any. You ain't one of them clown shoes that talks out your rear are you?

  • @JessesHunting no im a hunter all the way bro I just dont like the way your grunting

  • @Skankpronger I'm not trying to call you in bro, I'm after deer.

  • @JessesHunting so whare was this big 10 pt at ?

  • @Skankpronger well if your not a hunter you cant comment on his grunting, if you dont live in his area u cant comment on his grunting maybe he tried different sounding grunts and thats the one that works the best it obvisouly is working well with him in the video

  • On the 6 point was you calling as a doe and a buck?

  • @PFarmer11 Mostly as a buck. Long grunts with a tic tic at the end sometimes.

  • I love this video! real hunting situation, ....make more!!!!

  • Thanks for sharing the video my man. I enjoyed it, that small 6 pointer just watching him respond in the manner in which he did got my heart pumping. I do a lot of this style of hunting even where i live and have had a lot of luck with doing so.

I grunted in a 160 inch mainframe 10 point that had actually been bedding approximately 26 yards from where i was at the present.

Wow, i wish i could almost live out there during the 'colder deer season days.

    Chris

  • I agree Chris, during that first 2 weeks of Nov I wish I could just stay in the field all day and night.

  • sounds like your using the true talker deer call. I useto use that untill I got the Primos Buck Roar. Its the best buck call on the market. They can hear you over 200 yrds away with it. Its hard to peak out.

  • Good stuff! I'm a Cass County, MO hunter. We're just south of Kansas City. I love watching homemade deer footage. Keep up the great work.

  • Small world I see. How goes the surveying?

  • Surveying has been pretty slow for some time, now. We're putting food on the table, but there's not as much gravy to go with it, if you know what I mean.

  • Oh I know what you mean. The 25th was my one year being unemployed from surveying. I had a couple of small jobs but nothing that can sustain a living. I cant wait for deer season to get here so I can eat good w/o forking out the coin.

  • Our firm has been making ends meet for the past couple of years, but our last banner year was in 2006. It had to stop sometime. Let me know if things pick up for you. Until then, enjoy that good old deer huntin'.

  • great vid...what part of MO were you hunting? I hunt in Moberly....hope you keep laying 'em down brother!

  • This was near Lewistown MO in NE MO. Good luck this fall.

  • Enjoyed... great video...

  • Practice makes perfect! But remember, slamming horns together like a Banshee will only work in a high buck to doe ratio area, and usually in peak rut conditions! Every area is different and my advise is start slow with 2-3 sequences lasting no more than 45 sec. to 1 min. apiece and at least 15-20 min. apart! Try this with grunts, and you will see results, if not then STOP! But my advise, don't do it more than 2-3 times in the same stand, as mature bucks will catch on to your ploy! Got a decoy 2?

  • My question,Why wouldn't you film the rattlin' sequence? And early in the season, pre-rut, tickle rattle! Don't be overly aggressive, and consentrate on more of the grinding of the antlers together. Remembering to not "clash" the antlers together too much maybe 2 or 3 slight "clashes"! The more clashes, the more aggressive the deer seem to be, and WILL spook deer that are not in the "mood" Clash once and grind a few seconds, this will draw major attention and get'em coming! Curiosity is the key!

  • I tickled the antlers early in the morning and then the grunt tube started working so I never got a chance to film the rattlers. It's hard to film, rattle/grunt and bowhunt at the same time. I screw up a lot of shots doing the Curly SHuffle.

  • If anybody knows I have been hunting for a long time but I have never rattled in a deer before. I have grunted in a few. Do you rattle prerut or during the rut? I would think pre rut because that's when I see alot of deer fighting.

  • Mostly pre rut. When things are slow I'll rattle to see what's around.

  • anybody need me 2 come kill some deer for them?

  • that was funny shit!!!!

  • great video hope u get a big one this year and was the first grunt from yer mouth?

  • Yes, I grunt sometimes with my voice when I get caught without my grunt tube ready.

  • good vid that was some good gruntn

  • Genius..curly drop.
