1) Look for people that share the same influences as you.(ask friends if they know anyone are look around Facebook)

2) Make sure you have a good song writer and a person who can write music (a band is terrible with out those two things)

3) Make sure there committed and not there just to look cool (there's a lot of bands out there that's like that)

4) Have faith in your band and believe in yourself!

Those are the basics of starting band and getting a band together.
