I always thought these look really cool! I am curious though ; Do you put an O-ring on the back of it? Does it ever pop out or does it stay in easily? If you were wooden labret pieces will it ruin the wood from saliva?
@artbrained the back part that stays in his mouth is flared so it won't pop out. The flares are pretty big and rest really comfortably on the inside of the lip.
im thinking of streching my snakebites to like 4mm and having litte plugs for em both :P but i dunno if thats a good idea cuz i dunno if they do specific lip plugs or not in my area... hmm... i guess i could just use smaller sized o-rings with ear plugs to make sure they stay on inside my mouth :L

@Phreekasoid If you're looking for info, try BME. I had my lip pierced at 14ga for maybe 2 years then I had it scalpeled to 0ga and stretched it from there. I don't think dermal punching is the way to for for lips, but you should talk to a professional. Cheers
i have question ... if one day you decide to become a normal guy with no percing . and u remove your lip and ear stretch plugs ... your hole will go back to the normal size ?? because me i have stretch ear but when i will have about 50 year old i want remove them and have a normal hole in ear ?
@mere0006 The holes in my ears wont shrink, if I didn't want them I could have the lobes mostly cut off and the rest stitched together, it would look pretty normal. My lip would shrink a little bit, and I could have it stitched shut, leaving a fine line scar. I actually had a scar right there anyway, from a childhood accident involving a homemade catapult, true story!

The maturaty of a 12 year old would be an issue not mental or attitude maturity, although there is a big issue with that, but physical maturity. You're body isn't properly developed enough for that kind of stress and trauma.

Thanks! It was pierced at 14ga, and later scalpeled straight to 0ga. After that it stretched really easy, up to 5/8" for a while, then briefly 3/4". It's ~9/16" now, and I think that's the size I like.
