I love this show and can get enough of it. I helped my friend choose her wedding gown and it was by far one of the funnest experiences I have had. I absolutely loved it. So much, I'm contemplating becoming a wedding planner and hoe my prospect brides enlist my help when they choose their gowns.
@Mika20 If you're looking for a place with a ton of choice, Kleinfeld's is a good way to go. However, I just went there this weekend while shopping for my dress and I think the show has changed the place. I had one of the consultants from the show (I won't say who), but she kept bringing in dresses $500-$1000 outside my price range. When you tack on another $500 for alterations, it makes a BIG difference. Price is a very fluid concept there and I'm a very practical person.
$500 for alterations? Damn..... Well considering that the dresses there would be very expensive, I can see why.
And yes, I'm sure with so many selections, Kleinfeld is the perfect place to go looking and maybe shop. Meaning one day, I'll have to make a new savings account to do that. Did you end up getting the dress?
@Mika20 No, I ended up getting a dress at half price from a place only a few blocks away from Kleinfeld's. Thanks for asking! I will say that $500 for alterations is not bad, because it's a flat rate. So no matter how long it takes them to get the dress right, you're not going to be upcharged.
@goawaywithmex you can go and try it on..when my cousin was getting married I went and just tried one on..they won't mind you trying it on just don't waste their time with asking them to fit you and stuff (FYI)

I prefer the first dress. The third one is pretty, but the first looked gorgeous to me.
One day when I do get engaged, I want Kleinfeld's to be the first place to find a wedding dress for me. :)
