My connector foods from my childhood - Chocolate! And at low times of the month it becomes extremely difficult...impossible, to resist! Oh why oh why oh why me...
if you're really motivated... raw foods becomes easy... if you're not really motivated to improve your health/lifestyle... raw foods will be more difficult
I have never heard of this ribo rash. I got eczema on my hands starting about 3 years ago. Started on the inside of my fingers. Since then I have cleaned up my diet considerable, but occasionaly succumb to bad cravings. Sometimes it causes a break out other times no. It's hard to pinpoint. After breaking out again last night for the 1000th time, I've realized I need to remove all processed foods if I want my hands to heal. Even ketchup seems to be a problem.
