Chuck Eastman invented BIM.. Graphisoft was just one of several old CAD program vendors converting their CAD program to BIM..

all these old CAD programs converted to BIM are nothing like a program born as a BIM program..

its so awesome that a simple building is more appreciated. but its not simple to design a fantastic 'simple' building. i'm studying architecture and i tend to design my buildings very simple yet complex structure.
