There are so many people that play the blues, but don't mean it, and they don't do anything with it. If you remember the blues and keep it close to your heart, you'll be able to bring it a whole lot farther than it is now. @akumaskill pickups crated by Charley Wirz (Stevie's best friend and this song writen for him) this strat is custom, you can find only one guitar in USA so this strat is special and thats all I know.(sorry for bad english)

I believe Stevie's main purpose in life was to show all of the rock stars that you can do it without the drugs and booze. The man overcame so much, and redeemed himself before death. Many cited Stevie cleaning up as their motivation for cleaning themselves up. That, along with the music, is why Stevie was sent to this earth. Rave on Stevie Ray Vaughan!
