  • Lmao looove this clip

  • Classic! Great post!

  • who had the playboy?

    who else?

  • Love this scene, Cliff is the man!

  • 6 people work at Gary's Old Towne Tavern.

  • Classic! I think John Ratzenburger (Cliff) directed this episode.

  • love his short pants an white socks

  • I'm laughing so hard make it stop. That's funny.

  • I really miss this show. It was sad when the actor who portrayed Coach passed away, His character was priceless.

  • @JDT104 Nick Calasanto. He also directed an episode of Columbo.

  • wonderfull classic! all those stupid idiots. the middle class fat slob, the washed up jockstrap, the nasty ratlike waitress, the stuck up skinny snob waitress,

the geeked out postie, and the intellectual pompous ass. a big cross section of the American people! all represented here in the best comedy show ever.

ol' Cliff is going to wow all the chicks at his favorite single's bar with his post office uniform, he wears it everywhere and those shoes squeaking away like a little kid's toy

  • One of the best sitcoms of all time.

  • This is so childish but it made me laugh so much. lmfao.

  • the greatest show ever all these comical geeky nobodies each representing a type of american societal classification to accent their dumbness

  • That Cliff is a great man

  • lol i love this ep ^-^

  • lol!

  • I wonder when, in-between Boston and Seattle, Frasier started to dislike tassels on his shoes, as is mentioned in My Coffee With Niles...

  • To see a model of the Cheers set, Google "Cheers ontheset" and hit the I'm Feeling Lucky button.

  • @onthesetflickr i did and it bought me to this video?

  • OMg I love Cheers !!!

  • what episode is this from, but I am guessing it's after Season 6

  • @frynross1 answer: And God Created Woddman

  • This episode and the beard growing episode are all time classics

  • Greatest sitcom ever.

  • that is so funny!

  • whatever happened to squeaky shoes?

  • At 0:20, someone should have used that for a commercial.

  • Anyone know what show featured Carla dancing even though she was exhausted? I've only heard that it was sometime before season 5.

  • @mle4uandme You mean the one where Carla and Nick compete in the danceathon?

  • "Squeaky shoes are only a problem if you're a mugger!"

  • "make it stop" I'm frigging crying!

  • @fidny your sides sore lol , mine too

  • Yeah, this was one of the funniest cheers episodes

  • Ciff: Who had the playboy??

    Al: Who else!!!..

  • lol... great episode!

  • i can't help but think of spongebob

  • Oh, this episode is awesome. I love it when Sam says: "Oh, well... it's the squeaky shoe club!".

  • lol I was about to type just that..

  • It's an old sitcom named Cheers. They gave Frasier a spinoff and it did pretty well.

  • @anotherstalker i can't believe people don't know Cheer, but thats just me being old!

  • God you are not serious I know in gods name you are not serious.

  • its Cheers, what are you living under a rock??

  • Never seen a single episode of Cheers but this video is always funny.

  • 2:44

    Sam:Back on your bar stools!

Then everyone goes back on their stools and their shoes squeak as they do.

  • Glad the full episode was put up.

  • excellent episode.

  • this happened to me on a job interview, I just bought a new pair of shoes and went to a Ford Dealers to get a job as a car salesman and the manager was on the other side of the showroom floor and I had to walk over to him and my shoes squeaked real loud just like this all the way walking over to him on the waxed showroom floor, he gave me a minute of his time then said 'kid i don't think it will work out' and on my way out the door, I laughed and still do because of the squeaky shoes, honest!

  • just got my complete collection of cheers and frasier timeless comedy

  • "Mine are squeaking, too, Cliff. In E minor."

Everyone from Cheers appeared on Frasier, with the exception of Rebecca (Kirstie and her Scientoolbags are, of course, against psychiatry).

  • This is about the funniest thing EVER! It never ceases to make me laugh.

  • Sometimes you wanna go

    Where everybody has squeeky shoes!

And they wont be glad they do!

You want to be where you can see,

    Our shoes give us the blues;

You want to be where everybody has squeeky shoes.

  • This is the internet. No one has a life here.

Especially you, since you just wasted the time to not only watch this clip but read all these comments and target one for pointless scorn.

  • could someone post a longer episode of this one(Cliff's squeaky shoes) please; my favorite one.

  • I wish someone would put up the whole episode!

  • Does anyone have a clip of Cliff espousing the virtue of beer and how by killing off bad brain cells it is good for you, like killing the weak members of a herd of buffalo makes the whole herd stonger ? Many thanks if you can help, Alan

  • so the show frasier is a spin off of this show? cause i remembered watching an episode of frasier were woody harrelson starred in and they talked about the good old days in cheers ...

  • yep

  • USA comedy was poor 'til Cheers came.

  • I agree to a point, there were alot of good shows, The Jeffersons,Sanford and Son and Good Times, early Happy days, and All in the family ( which was a British show first but softended up)

  • Watch the Dick Van Dyke show; clever writing and amazing, versatile talents (not just former models mouthing lines, like so many 'stars' nowadays).

I think it all depends on what you got used to watching when they first came out. I find that if I saw it when it was 'new' - even only a few episodes - I tend to like it years later. But I never saw Frasier, for example, so I find it hard to get into the characters, even though I know Frasier from Cheers.

  • a great episode one of my faves

  • LOL!

  • "Who had the playboy?"

    "Who else?"

    That was the best!

  • make it stop lol

  • AMAZING!!!! Best show of all time.....

  • The strength of Cheers was the actors...however the writing was superb. If you look into the structure of classical Shakespeare and compare it to that of Cheers, you'll find striking similarities.

  • Guys this is the best comedy show bar none. Better than Seinfeld. Great writing and great acting. I miss all these guys. The best thing to ever come out of Boston.

  • haha, BAR none

  • LMAO Awesome clip!!!!!!!!

  • this video is sooooo funny lol

    the show was super amazing!

  • "it's the uh, squeaky shoe club." LOL! I love it! :D

  • its sad that Frasier is a spinoff of Cheers, and ive rarely seen the old gang make appearances.

  • everyone of them has made an apareance atleast once in frasier.

  • Are you sure? I know most of them turned up in the one where Frasier goes back to Boston, some classic dialogue between Martin and Norm, but don't remember Rebecca ever turning up.

  • the show was amazing - and this one of my favorite episodes

  • Squeaky Shoe Club X))

  • i have a video of this episode. it's just brilliant

  • when she yells fire

    and everyone starts running.

    LOLL

    i couldnt stop laughing.

  • :P hehe

  • did anyone ever post the opening shot from "Cheers" where they played "We Will Rock You"?

  • Yes it's somewhere on here..I once posted it as a bulletin on MySpace because it s so funny.

  • I went to school with a guy who looked just like norm. He was great. Awesome show

  • I miss it too...Era stupendoooooooooooooooo!!!

  • I miss this show.

  • this was simply the best episode of cheers ever pissed myself laffing at years ago

  • What season is this clip on?

  • Can someone post The Improbable Dream pt 1 from the 8th season?

  • notice when she says fire, Woody looks at everyone else and heads for the door!

    HA HAAAAAAAAA!

  • trace your tootsies on a cocktail napkin! HA!

  • Literally, huh?

    Yeah, you're literally an idiot.

  • your a fagget and a hack. easily amused.

  • well, considering you spell faggot "fagget", you are CLEARLY a genius!

    ha ha!!!

  • I would have to say Small Wonder is way worse. Or Joanie loves Chachi. Get a clue douchebag.

  • OMG i almost choked on my food when the squeaking started... i want that indian prop they had by the front door.

  • That is my favorite Cheers! I laugh so hard every time I see it!

  • haha lol that's one of my favourite episodes

  • dgdg

  • "make it stop" rofl

  • rofl! he's so stupid he's funny.

  • Maybe one of the funniest scenes in tv history

  • Cliffie's the best!!! Cheers is the best!!!

  • say cliff, those wouldn't be new shining shoes would they?

  • I forgot what a girl Frasier was, poor Lilith!

  • One of my favourite scenes

  • Cliff was DA MAN!

  • A fun ^^
