  • change the front landing gear, some brand new tires, and you're ready to go!

  • that shows how well the landing gears are built.

  • excellent pilot? no, excellent tires.

  • Airplane burnout

  • Gh-ay

  • The nosewheel is a huge fan of Rammstein

  • How it is possible that front landing gear turn itself sideways during the flight?

  • @ardvark84

This incident happens after the take off (electrical malfunktion) , the gear was not retracted (not possible in this position)

  • @ardvark84 The front wheel was designed to stow sideways in the fuselage. Jet Blue flys Embraer 190's.

  • @chcgo2undaground

    And Airbus A320's

  • that was good piloting

  • aww poor tire

  • thats the most amazing landing period, right after the hudson water landing

  • Applause for the pilot: perfect!

  • must of been an early british leyland jet

  • It`s an Airbus A320!!

  • a beer for the pilot !

  • @graafitee4eva he probably already had a couple going in

  • 787?

  • @PSUtotheBCS DUMB?

  • Thats why I "Jet" with jetBlue!

Now if they only bought BOEING!

  • and the pilot suck my dick ;)

  • Such a great pilot. He saves everyones life

  • "Uh, bob, looks like we're gonna need to re-pave the damned runway again."

  • wow good job guys! :) now ik y i fly jet blue :)

  • Excellent, great driving there. Happy landings boys! :)

  • I wounder hot the hell pilots noticed that the gear was inverted... nice job

  • @GinoRc the tower might have told them or some notification thing onboard the plane

  • @GinoRc the tower would have told the pilot :D

  • Impressive impressive!! touching when see a person make this smoot landning that could end up in total caos and all die but he land very good not the nosegear donw in the begining and when little slower-less friction heat-he pus down nose to make a stop =)

  • Great Pilot. I love the way at least half of the nose gear is gone by the time they stop : )

  • that was nice how he/she didn't break the frontlanding gear off

  • JET BLUE

    is listed Dow Jones Transportation

  • I wasn't on this plane.

  • incredible. you say seriously?

  • me neither.

was ne1 else not on this plane?

  • exelant piloting he kept the front wheel of the ground as much as posible

  • Man, what a day...

I remember when my dad and I went the south side of LAX to see this.

  • EXCELLENT PILOT????

I think it's more like EXCELLENT ENGINEERING !!!, whoever designed that nose gear was really good, the pilot just did what he was trained to do...

  • your an idiot

  • well no because the nose gear failed...

  • PycYkyc - you're a jack..

  • If you were on the plane, you wouldn`t say that. You don`t realize how hard that was.

  • GREAT pilot! Hope they issued new underwear for the passengers though.

  • I remember watching that live.

  • @malcolmyoungrules haha more like diapers

  • pilot pilot i salute to you!

  • WUNDERFULL

  • wow o.0 even with the nose wheel sideways losing his ability to turn he was still on dotted paint [dead on the center of the runway] when it stopped! .........this pilot deserves a Klondike bar!

  • No......A BOX OF KLONDIKE BARS :D

  • i agree

  • Excellent Pilot

check this video out this pilot was so amazing.

  • Yeah man!!! That's called to maintain the centerline!!!

But they were lucky too... I think they haven't got wind... and the weight balance was perfect...

  • that was good, man

  • woooohhhhhhhh!!!!that was amazing!!!

  • Stunning !

  • Un Capo el piloto!!!

  • i got the video vich was made by a pasanger

  • it totally looks like a game

  • totally agree with u, cuz i guess u cant run with the camera like that :P

  • i saw this live couplr years back

  • good graphics then lol

  • considering that the whell couldve snapped off when he landed this couldve turned out very differently plus he has lives at stake so yes he is a hero

  • *You call that a normal landing? The pilot obviously stayed on the back wheels for as long as they could before making contact with the front wheel.

  • wow you ppl need to get a life, my last comment for this vid was like a month ago and your replying now? But yes your right, sorry the quality of the vid made it look like the front wheel touched down much sooner than it actually did. That still doesn't change my opinion because the wheel support still held out. I'm entitled to my own opinion so fuck off.

  • Oh, okay how would you feel to be at the wheel of the A320? Big deal no it isnt a big deal he just saved 150+ souls!

  • True but all im saying is that he has skill and that is what he is payed to do but its not a big deal.

  • man..so pilot we need....great job...

  • Wow great job! Any lesser pilot would have gone out of control!

  • my respects:)

  • right on center line great job without reverse

  • great pilot!

  • wow...they must be like crapping in their pants right now

  • I saw this live with my dad when I was in grade 6. I don't really remember the details, but this brings it back to me... Kudos to the pilot

  • and the runway is now unsafe for other planes...

  • take a look how the front gear is after the plane stops

  • Think you summed it up as good as you possibly could Terrancio!

  • "Excellent pilot, bad mechanic!" i should say!

  • BS. :)

  • Salute that pilot!!! he did it that well i bet the pasengers didnt even realise there was sumat wrong!

  • the passengers where watching it on live tv in the plane!

  • Oh yeah I saw that on the news a while back

  • Next time I take a flight, I'm taking Jetblue. =P

  • good idea :-)

  • wow! the front gear was at a 90 degree angle to the runway!

  • title should read "Excellent Pilots from jetblue"

This is the result of teamwork from both pilots, not just one pilot

  • Its true teamwork is the key

  • magnificent landing !!

  • nice NICE -=[NICE]=-

  • Nice Work,

  • i give those pilots two thumbs up, and a personal hoorah

  • Me too!!

  • what happen? damn qaulity. was the front landing gear locked and just skidded and burst into sparks?

  • is that at san diego

  • lax

  • skills my friends. mad skills.

  • hamdo llah makayn bass

  • Should the undercarriage not be able to be retracted, if the nose wheel failed from auto centering? How could that happen?

  • eso lo hace cualquiera

  • job well done, great piloting!!

  • Yah, it made it on the news, really skilled pilots in that plane

  • god bless them clean landing.

  • that makes no sense

  • wow

  • Wow.

  • yes, the front wheel was pointing in the completely wrong direction. i saw this live on tv when it happened. great landing.

  • wasnt this when the front landing wheels were screwed up?

  • Actually he didn't use the reverse thrust. What he did was that he helt the nose up for as long as possible (until reaching about 60-70 knots) and used the main landing gear's diferential brakes to slow the plane down. The reverse thurst is used once all the landing gears are on the ground.

  • He kept the nose up for as long as he could. Must have engaged the reverse thrusters even before nose-down.

  • 1 of the best landing i have everrrrr seeeenn perfect

  • landed better than normal LMAO.

  • brill landin frm piolet

  • needs more info

  • joder un 10 para el piloto !!
