  • GOOGLE SUCKS! When you search for something you should see everyone else in your local area searching for the same thing + their pics + be able to chat with them from a search result. SEARCH CHAT

  • have not video ma flav hitor ma bueno parti jui

  • "if one tab breaks down, the other tabs stays up"

BUT when java script of one tab breaks down, every tab that has flash in it, breaks all down..esp when you've loaded a full length video... when that happens, i have to load again..

  • @smcs This is EXACTLY what I was gonna say...

  • @Tomazelio amen, the same here

  • GOOGLE CHROME RULES. Firfox and Safari sucks! :P

  • Google Chrome Is the Fastest Browser

  • the best browser on the web, keep it that way further

  • Sometimes it downloads the index file rather than opening the page !!!

  • @saidscofield Just use Firefox...

  • I have one problem ... Sometimes i visit youtube.com on Chrome ... it displays html code of the site - sometimes it works ... sometimes it doesn't !

  • @0:00

  • @FunnyAmey Actually most of the people in the world still use IE, It's the standard for office use, for home use most people use Firefox as it is faster than Chrome, Google is too rich already... I WILL NOT use their crap ass browser, Firefox FTW.

  • @MultiSheepsheep Chrome is faster. Firefox scores better framerates on some HTML5 tests and whatnot, but Chrome is faster and has a simpler ui that takes less screen space.(look at PeaceKeeper) Chrome/chromium are the best browsers out there right now. At least for the average consumer. Its very stable, cause every tab is handled as a different process and the entire browser will not crash if one tab crashes.

  • @Mdschannel Actually the fact that every tab is a different process makes it take a lot more RAM than Firefox...

  • @MultiSheepsheep but every tab will also work better. My brother uses chrome on his mini laptop wich uses an atom processor and 1 GB ram. He uses it becouse its faster and more stable then firefox and IE. If you can run fine with 1GB ram its not really a problem these days. Also, how are the memory leaking going on the firefox side of things. Have they fixed it yet?

  • @Mdschannel You must think that Firefox 3 is the newest version, Firefox 8 is better than Chrome and more stable, less memory consuming, and just plain better...

  • @MultiSheepsheep Been testing firefox 8 since it came out. Its slower, it freezes, it uses more screen space. Only using adblock+ atm. Chrome is the better browser at the moment. Though it would appear that you have 512MB ram in your system, since it seems like a huge system. I reccomend updating.

  • @Mdschannel Actually... I have 4 gigs of RAM.. But I'm telling you that Firefox uses less memory for the sake of people with low ammounts of RAM... Your internet speed must suck, I have a pretty good 10mb/s speed and I find Firefox faster than Chrome, the only reason I have Chrome in my PC is to play arround with Google Gravity as Chrome performs much better in it, BUT ONLY IN IT, I find Firefox faster for general browsing and more enjoyable for watching videos. Not to mention Firefox add-ons...

  • @MultiSheepsheep Chrome used to be better than FireFox, but the latest version of Firefox is great. Probably better and faster than Chrome. Although there are lots of great Chrome plugins, Firefox's are better. Despite Chrome's bigger screen size (which I love), Firefox looks better and more polished. Chrome eats RAM and I have more problems with freezes etc. than with Firefox, but I use both 50/50. I've heard Opera is a great browser too, but I'm not sure I need another one.

  • @MultiSheepsheep Chrome IS faster, its been proven by bencmarks. Ive got almost 10.87MB/s average, but i used to have a really slow connection and thats when chrome really showed how much faster it was. Then there are addons. Chrome has extensions and apps. Chrome auto-updates them+plugins(lash player and stuff) and is compatible with old versions, not even pushing 1 button to do so. Not sure how video will be more enjoyable from one browser to another, seems good on both.

  • @Mdschannel Firefox has MUCH better support for plugins and add-ons... And it also auto-updates them... Firefox 8 IS faster than Chrome acording to recent tests, well it depends on the net speed, indeed Chrome is faster on a very bad net speed, but Firefox is the best if you have an average-fast speed...

  • @MultiSheepsheep Firefox is only better for development requiring Firebug. Chrome, on ALL net speeds and computer setups i've tested is faster(there has been a LOT, i am the "it-guy" in my circles). Chrome auto updates in a sense that you dont see any windows or push any buttons. Its always up to date by itself. If Firefox becomes faster and stabler and gets a better UI then Chrome, i won't hesitate to switch. I dont care about the logo, i just use the fastest, easiest and most stable one.

  • @Mdschannel Actually... Firefox's UI is better than Chrome's in every way, much simpler way to view the cookies, howmany times you've visited, much more prettier UI with its themes, it is already far more stable (never crashes) and speed depends on the PC/Net but i find Firefox to be faster...

  • @MultiSheepsheep Firefox crashes. Every bloody program in the world crashes. Firefox crashes more then chrome in my experiences. Also, the UI is more difficult to navigate. Chrome has a better way to manage history, bookmarks, sync etc. The UI also takes less screen space, leaving more of it open to the webpage. Firefox's history is a mess. Chrome also has themes ofc. Pretty is a personal thing, but the UI is simpler and cleaner. Chrome being faster is a fact.

  • @Mdschannel You obviously don't know how to manage your UI, with the visual themes and add-ons for customization of it's UI it's MUCH easier to navigate in every way, Chrome's themes are just personas like Firefox has, Firefox has add-ons for everything, not to mention its much better default downloader, compared to Chrome...

  • @MultiSheepsheep You have to go through the biggest, messiest clusterfuck of bad addons to find the 1 you want. I cant count the amount of times ive stumbled in on useless crap or an addon "not compatible with version x of firefox". In chrome extensions, it seems that all of ext are compatible, there are apps, and the best thing is that the DEFAULT ui is so good you dont feel like doing anything with it. Most people dont wanna use all their time customizing shit, they just wanna browse the web.

  • @Mdschannel ... You must get all the worst add-ons with 1 star vote xD Firefox has a great rating and user comment system for add-ons, all of the add-ons I have tried are compatable with Firefox 8, its cusomization makes it the BEST home browser, but I still think that IE is the best for office use.

  • @MultiSheepsheep Customization in firefox is a gift and a curse. Whilst some people like to sit around for hours tweaking every pixel(been there, done that, one word: Linux), most people just want to get on the web and start browsing. Because of this, its very important not to rely the entire experience on after-install addons, but being solid enough to go without them. Also, when you install tons of addons in Firefox, it makes it slower, especially for people with bad hardware.

  • @Mdschannel Actually... I find it really fast to customize Firefox and no, it does not make it slower... As for people with bad hardware, i definetly recommend Internet Explorer for that (Very low memmory consumtion), Firefox's customization is easy and fast. You should try Firefox, there is no memmory leek and it is very fast.

  • @MultiSheepsheep would not really recommend IE for anyone, as its the most used browser on the market its the one most viruses are targeted to go through. its slower then other FF & chrome. And i tried firefox as my daily browser for about a week after 8 came out, it was not bad, but just not as good as chrome atm. I am tired of going back to this video. You go and enjoy your Firefox, ill go enjoy chrome. End of discussion.

  • @Mdschannel IE is best for office use because it has little features xD So the workers will focus on their work, instead of anything else... But as a home browser, Firefox is #1 and Chrome is #2 in my oppinion, but ok... Let's end this endless discussion.

  • @MultiSheepsheep As a web designer and developer I urge you to stop using Firefox. Gecko was great when compared to Trident (IE). However, when compared to the Webkit rendering engine, Gecko is just as obsolete.

It's been years since I've seen a web app developed with Firefox in mind.

  • @552Industries Actually, I think there some popular web apps developed with only Firefox in mind... I guess the main reason I like Firefox's is it's simple interface, its easy to check your web history/downloads/bookmarks and manage them, It also allows me to zoom in on Youtube much better than chrome (With ctrl+scroll I mean) and it's HUGE library of fully functional add-ons and themes, I guess it's the little things that make Firefox better in my oppinion, and its low memory consumtion.

  • @MultiSheepsheep To each their own I guess. I think Chrome has a pretty simple interface with a great rendering engine underneath. But please, safe a developer's sanity and use a Webkit based browser. :)

  • @552Industries Sorry, I like Gecko better :P Another reason I don't use Chrome is because of it's company, I don't like Google, they are getting too rich, I mean soon they will be runing the whole web :S But Firefox's simple layout, UI, add-ons and memory consumtion just seems better for me.

  • @MultiSheepsheep Use open-source driven Chromium if you don't like the company. :) Chrome extensions (similar to add-ons) work on any Chromium based distro.

  • @552Industries Sorry, I think I'll stick with Firefox and Gecko ^^

  • @MultiSheepsheep *sigh* I guess it's better than IE... XD

  • chromium vs chrome ?? I'd say chromium

  • Chromium only.

  • Google Chrome is the best :) its really easy to use and just shows what you want to sdee and what you need on a browser, its design is also simple but very good, and everybody will prefer Google Chrome

  • FireFox is gradually becoming more like IE, it's becoming too slow, screw IE and FireFox!

  • @nicolealderite Honestly? Since Firefox 8 the people with crappy PC's have switched to FireFox, It's getting more used than Chrome every day, since Firefox 8 it is a lot more ligher, faster than Google Chrome... It is obvous that in 2 years time, FireFox will STILL be the second most used browser (Right next to IE as the first).

  • @MultiSheepsheep Then why does chrome steadily go up on market share charts, whilst FF slightly curves down every year, and IE is plumeting? Get real man. Chrome has a simpler stock ui(though u can idd customize FF, and that would make it slower), it auto updates your extensions, apps and plugins(flash etc), its lightning quick(look at PeaceKeeper for example, scores much higher then FF). Firefox is excellent browser, escpecially for devs with Firebug in place, but chrome will outgrow it.

  • thumbs up if you're using google chrome on a mac!

  • @FunnyAmey IE hasn't "sucked" since the release of IE8. In fact, it's probably the second fastest browser after Chrome now. If you ask me, in today's web environment it's Firefox that sucks. It's the slowest and clunkiest browser of the bunch and while it once had a huge extension library going for it Chrome now has just as many. IE isn't the best browser, but it certainly doesn't "suck" anymore.

"Just stop talking shit and remove the spyware out of it, then i will use it"

  • @mebossyounothing dude maybe you should stop talking. You have a choice to let google access your information. They are not forcing you.

  • @fifa7xpvista

dude i use chromium myself, but cleaning up the code from google spyware everytime they bring something new in it is somewhat frustrating... :(

  • @mebossyounothing There is no spyware in Google Chrome. They don't obtain any personally identifiable information either. All they do is keep track of your searches in order to provide you with more accurate results/suggestions in future and more appropriate ads. You are not being "spied on" and if you're seriously paranoid about that you should get the hell of the web. Privacy doesn't exist on the internet. Just don't be an idiot and overshare.

  • OMG WOMAN MICHAEL JACKSON 00:30

  • I would switch from Firefox to Chrome if I got a multirow bookmarks bar...

  • @tpiom You do realize you can create as many " branching off" folders " INSIDE each folder on your chrome books marks by right? personally i think that is a better option than multirow bookmarks bars. shit as much political, technological, cooking, and dog saved webpages i have. my screen would be cut LITERALLY IN HALF ( 22" 16:10 aspect ratio monitor here). and ah..I dont want that. I want as much screen view realestate as possible. that's why i have the extensions i have. cheers

  • Google Chrome is fast and simple and I love it for those reasons. But tell me why the f@ck would you give the user the option to view passwords and credit card information by just going to the options menu and clicking "show"???

  • @CarabooseOCN There wasn't HD back in 2008.. :)

  • Your browser is awesome. It's the only browser that I have in my computer aside from IE.

  • I want to work for Google

  • Wow, the woman at 0:35 clearly hasn't left the 80's yet!

  • I still prefer firefox to chrome!

  • @theisaacgc why? It has nothing better. It is slower, less stable, crashes an awful lot and is prone to so many security threats. Tell me, why do you prefer it?

  • on my comp if any tab crashes they all crash... they said the opposite and it sometimes stops loading youtube videos sometimes

  • I USE GOOLE CHROME, I LIKE IT AND I THANK YOU FOR THAT.

  • i get error so many times. my downloads cut down. i dis like it 0_o

  • i get error so many times. my downloads cut down. i dis like it 0_o

  • 3:50

    Wait from top to bottom?

Well Google, I am not seeing any status bar on your browser . . .

    Google Chrome is the best!

  • unlike microsoft, apple, and whoever, google has a reason to be stable! they have an incentive to be fast! microsoft has an incentive to crash, because it means people have to use powerpoint and word, and not google docs!

  • i like to use google chrome on thing like my laptop(only 1GB of mem :( ) or older weaker machines(my pentium 2 compaq w/ winME) but on systems like my dell or emachine i'll use gc and ie(8,9) together for more useable power w/o much problems.

  • From what I can tell Firefox is better or equal to Chrome on everything except actually loading up the browser when you have over 10 tabs saved. I use both Chrome and Firefox for different things.

  • I DONT LIKE GOOGLE :D

  • My sandbox is nice and happy:)

  • Looks like you need glasses to work at Google and be interviewed in their super-cool-awesome videos.

  • Everything Google makes is awesome!!!!

  • I have grave issues with what I have discovered about Google in general, not just the browser.

This has caused me to read teh fine print that everyone clicks past.

Seems like a lot of possible problems.

  • Why is Google building a browser?

Simple... to spy on you into areas they can't get to, specifically, typed url's.

They own the Search market, they own the advert market, they're beginning to own the Web Stats market, they own DoubleClick, the most popular advert tag in the world,so they know every single website you visit, where you're coming from, and can build a very detailed model on who you are.

Think about this - why in the world did they simply not contribute to Apple's WebKit or Firefox?!

  • Google is a corrupt money-making advert company,I can't believe anyone would trust their entire life to a single company. If you think about the key areas they've expanded into, you'd realise they've only bought technologies and done nothing new. Like the stable design of the browser - stolen from Firefox - Mozilla was planning on implementing a browser process-based model 8 YEARS before Chrome! Not only can you never delete your data from Chrome, but it sends back everything to Google - every URL.

  • @temp979 they may well have stolen the idea, but unlike mozilla, they actually managed to make it work....

if one person says 'hey we should totally do something super-awesome' and someone else actually goes and does the something super-awesome, the person who 'had the idea' doesn't own any part of what the other did

  • @temp979 While I agree that Google as a company are a bunch of sharks... you do realize by posting on YouTube you already have Google tracking cookies on?

Do you also realize that every web browser that offers sync is doing the EXACT same thing with your data?

You want to be a independent then program every frickin driver on your PC from the ground up.

  • Opera here, with love for you all!

  • 我現在比較習慣用Google瀏覽器

  • Good

  • "0:39"

  • Does Google Chrome safe your browsing history and any other personal data, or just in a limited way in which you can still limit Google´s access to your computer and data?

  • Chrome is great and inovative, but still Opera remains the best browser for me,through I'm testing Chromium and Firefox 4 every day.

But we all agree that IE SUCKS big time(saying that from the point of web designer and normal user)!

  • I like how it's lighter, but I think it's very ironic how the search/address bar sucks... it doesn't predict what I want to type well, nor does it help finding websites I used previous with tags or several words I remembered...

  • <3 Chrome- it helps me learn more effectively due to speed then all other browsers.

It's like a game- speed is maxed out, but the add-ons are about 2.5/5 stars.

Everything else just slows me down- too much fluff- so many people are attached to the web links they are viewing that they forget it's not about who knows-it's about how easy is it to comprehend & move-on. Such is life, stay in a rut- be content- but at least do not spread hate or live, learn, process, & change the world.

  • thumbs down if the sandbox never worked as they say in the video.
