I used a Mesa Dual Rec for recording once and I wasnt a fan! I couldnt get a decent mid level that cut through the bassy tone. I play Metalcore so its pretty riffy and the notes just didnt cut through the bass. Oh well, all down to personal preference isnt it :)

i was really taken with the genz benz, there were a few things that interested me with it, one was that it has 2 gian controls on the dirty channel. the dirty channel is amazing due to that. another isthat the clean channel is very warm, great for blues (y) kind of stuff.
