It's about creating a goal guys. Truly. I got to the point once where I got sooooooo sick of my 'fat' - and I wasn't overweight or anything like that, I was like 180lbs or so at 5'11. But I said FUCK IT. And I decided to just go to the gym for 31 days NONSTOP. No REST. Dangerous, for some, but I was like 22. And first week I started 30 mins on elliptical, and increased by 10 mins each week. I lost 13 lbs in that month. It became a HABIT, because I created a GOAL for myself. It works.

I showed up thinking I was 10% BF because I didn't have full abs but it may be that my stomach was 43 inches before (it's 26 inches in the vid) and I had stretched skin. @hamplu Well simply put, it's mathematically impossible and more importantly improbable, not even taking into account the laws of the Earth. Either the book is 100% correct or either 100% incorrect. It's not the same, unless you have any documents or papers hinting at the origin of matter that I'm not aware of. I just feel that people who believe in the big bang and that we came from apes[common ancestor] have more faith than any christian on this earth.
