No he's not. Youtube isn't good for high quality vids nor always synching audio with visuals, so altho the sound could be out half a second or whatever, making it look like he's miming, its just the way the vid has come out on youtube. Or perhaps the way the video was recorded in the first place :) but no he's not lipsynching
