Wow massive! I like the smaller ones cut into chips. My tray one is flour and some corn starch with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then the egg wash...you can add a dash of Franks' red hot if ya want. Tray three is Panko breadcrumbs with some parm. Check your oil temp by adding a little dash of breadcrumbs and see if it sizzles. Fry 'em up, keep them hot in a warm oven as many batches will be made. Serve with ranch dressing and there ya go!
