The 'swoop and squat' and the panic stop can only work if the 'victim' actually is at fault by not leaving sufficient stopping distance. It is impossible for the car in front of you to force you to hit him.

the biiggest fraudsters are the insurrers, why do they increase the costs of our insurance by spending huge amounts of OUR money on advertising on every possible media channel. Why do they have to use our money to pay for the advertising while third party insurance is compulsory and is not an optional service. Third party insurance should be banned because it adds up on our bills and only fully comprehensive should be allowed. It's just plain common sense.

i was rushing on hwy 1 many many years ago and this idiot was on the fast lane. for 2 kms he refuses to pull to the right and then slows right down under the speed limit and then speeds up again. as we continue this stupid game, he decides to up the ante and he slams the brakes and inevitably i rear end him. well, he got some money from the govt insurance company but he permanently lost the vision in his right eye....he is now BLIND.
be careful about shit like this...money aint everything.
