How To Fix A Frozen ipad

It was frozen as in frozen-frozen, so no way to use the turn-off sliding bar...but holding both command buttons at the same time did the trick - thanks a lot :)

i know how to fix it. Throw it off a building. must be at least 7 stories to work. and it must land on a hard surface. then send it back to apple and tell them it came like that. don't forget to act pissed off.

i have a tricky problem

my dad installed a program called installous for free games and apps but after installing that, you when you tilt rotate the ipad into another postion the screen automatically adjusts, well mine is stuck into one position, no matter how much i rotate, the vertical and horizontal positioning dosen't work, it just stays on vertical position

please help
