@nelgtamboy It's just ice cream, without cream in this case, but if you want you can use cream and the texture will be better. Beside, I used dry ice to get little ice cristals in the preparation.
@JimeFlavores Is there a way to do it without dry ice? The kids want to do everything themselves, they just asked me to look for a way to do it. I really don't want them to handle dry ice, they might do something wrong
Gracias.

Isn't this called a sorbet?
FlyingKidProductions 1 year ago
Sorbets are made without cream or eggs, hence the texture is rough or grainy.
Even if this recipe have not eggs or cream, the texture is really soft because dry ice made tiny crystals in your mixture, like icecream!

Man, I wish I understood her, I can't afford an ice cream machine :(

It's easy, try to find dry ice first, and then:
1) make a smoothie with your favourite fruits blend
2) chop the dry ice, to get small pieces
3) mix well the dry ice with the smoothie preparation
4) be sure to dissolve all the dry ice BEFORE eating
5) the flavour is great! a little bit carbonated like sodas.
If you want a sweet ice cream, use more sugar than usual, because dry ice usually makes your preparation more acidic.

Yes, with 2 diferrent sizes plastic bags (ziploc-like).
Add 2 cups of chop ice + 1 cup of salt + 1 cup of water into the big one.
Add 1 cup of orange juice or whaterver you want into de small one,
Close de small bag, and put it into the big one, and finally close this one.
Shake vigorously for a few minutes.
Now is ready to eat!

hielo seco, gelo seco or dry ice... ask at the icecream shop near to your home, or try to find by internet...where do you live?
