  • My favorite thing about myself is probably my eyes. I'm going to take the time daily to breath and enjoy being in the moment. I often let myself be guided by regrets and worries about the future. and I loved your comment some videos back. "don't major in minor things" or something like that.. That is SOOOO me!! I need to let things go and believe in myself a lot more!!

  • Starting tomorrow dear Bex! I'll let you know. But right now I want to tell you how kind you are for answering your comments. You are also a very good motivation to all of us, eating healthy, excersising, keeping a nice family at the same time, managing to be act in internet, friends and other interests, and also have a healthy happy attitude. You are so fresh! Enjoyable to watch and a good examble to young women like me (or anyone) ;)

  • I like my my hair the most, really curly and bouncy! Well I decided a few days ago I would eat a lot healthier, so now I will def try to stick with it. And I'm going to try to exercise more, when I can fit it in (I think earlier mornings are required!) You are a great inspiration Bex, totally admire your honesty. I've heard of those vega workout shakes, can you let me know more about them, are they available in the UK?

  • Well the first things that came to mind that I love on me is my hair and my nose. I can't choose lol! And how on time was your question! This weekend I was thinking of waking up an hour earlier every day, detox with a glass of water and some lemon juiced in, excersise watching videos (that I already have put in order so that this is going to be a cyrcle excersise during the month) and then I am going to make a raw smoothie before leaving for work. I'll also eat as raw as I can -I already do :)

  • I love how sleek n tone my body is. I have the longest limbs(6'10" arms) Normally I dont reply 2 vids but after watching your yoga vid, I feel responsible to grant your request and comfortable being honest with you, but mostly myself. Im an athlete, midway thru college somewhere I let myself go..I noticed it in my legs+hips: decreased jumping ability/flexibility. Fast forward couple years, I have began playing ball 2-3 times a week, stretching everyday, and dieting organic + tons of h2o. Thanks!

  • Omg! I've been so down for about a week. I have NOT been taking care of myself and have been so busy and it's lead to this vicious self destructive cycle. I'm a trainer for moms and feel doubly bad that I'm supposed to keep others in line and let myself go. I was just picking myself apart in mirror when I decided to find a video of yours to get me back on track. Really it's all about moving forward.

  • hi bex! thanks for your message! actually you don't need to know how to swim to do gym in the pool, lol, the water comes up to your waist at the most ;-) it is really good, it's like you have half of your body weight in there! and it tones real good and it massages at the same time, i love that! plus if you have a hammam or a sauna in the swimming pool facilities you can relax like crazy,

  • I love my smile, but also the fact that my body (even though it's not "perfect") gets me everywhere I need to go and doesn't have any major health issues. I'm going to treat myself better by fitting in some yoga daily and also working out with you and your trainer. Thank you for being so truthful that you've let things go a bit (it makes me feel better about the fact that I drop the ball when it comes to staying fit). You're an amazing woman Bex!! Keep doing what you're doing. xo

  • I love my hair and lips, and my hight is ok too :) I just thought about needing to treat myself better aswell :p so I will def. start to do so by taking more time to nurish myself and not go overboard on work-household-"the I need to do ..."-stuff. I'll start planning some down time and I'll take more time to eat proparely, because I tend to forget while I'm on the run. And seeing people write about dancing...I want to get back into dance! I used to dance semi-prof. but haven't in too long! X <3

  • I love my thighs/legs. I get self conscious about a lot of things, but my legs get me where I need to go and I always get compliments in my Zumba class about my legs. I'm proud of them. Some might say I have "Tina Turner legs"....I can credit my momma for having such great legs.

    i will start doing some aquagym, work fitness in a swimming pool to tone myself up because i want to start doing dance classes again but my muscles are not strong enough yet, it is a great feeling because i love being toned and i love dance! i want to go and walk on sunday mornings too i used to do that once a month

    what I try to do to treat myself better : is down time, mediate, and professtional thai or Californie suédois massages.

  • I like my pale skin and neck :) a bit weird, but I'm very pale, and I don't tan, because I don't care for trends :) and my neck is thin,smooth and long :) and I'm gonna start to treat myself better by dancing each day in my room (so I don't scare anybody, cause I'm not really talented). :D dancing to energetic music is really uplifting and it makes me feel totally comfortable in my skin. I totally recommend it ;)

  • My favorite thing about myself in my positive outlook on life. Physically, I don't know. I am such a guy. I look in the mirror and still think I am 20. I am going to treat myself by allowing myself to relax and do nothing sometimes.

  • I love my eyes and I am going to try to walk and stretch. I am quite upset though because I usually work out really hard and now I can't because there is something wrong with my groin and sartorius muscle. So, that said, I have to start over again with baby steps. I am a little down but maybe this will help and maybe I can get a push from you and others. Yay!!! ;)

How I'm going to treat myself better by eating better, working out more, and trying to maintain a positive attitude because I believe stress and sadness can take a serious toll on the body and mind.
