I dont think this was ever released on CD. The clip is from "Bara Barn-galan" 2000 A gala with songs written by kids and performed by swedish artists for the Save the Children-foundation. The Caramell song "Alla Behöver En Vän" is from "Bara Barn-galan" 2002. And because i'm such a nice person. I put also this performance on youtube as a video response
