  • awesome sam... didn't know you had a channel.. subscribed. This is Fitch.

  • Well said about the evidence and crime statement...btw my dad has a c5 corvette making about 350 at the wheels and i used to think it was fast lol nice car

  • She sure does pull though. Maybe bad oil gauge in the dash? Hows the oil look? Any signs of small metal flakes?

  • @deutch420 This video was posted almost exactly 11 months ago. Since then, I have put approximately 18,000 miles on this engine and changed the oil four times in the process. No flakes, no issues, no problems. 40psi oil pressure is perfectly fine; any more than that and you are simply eating more horsepower with your oil pump. This is a brand new built motor with a ported oil pump... I've also done countless pulls like this, some to over 200MPH.

  • @sambarros seriously though, how do you put a video of you driving 155 mph on youtube and get away with it. your advertising that you break the law on a daily basis, and filmed yourself stunt driving and street racing triple the speed limit...

  • @cheaniggachea This is a video of my speedometer; how does that constitute incriminating evidence?

  • @sambarros clearly its not on a dyno, along with the rest of your vids where you race a cobra etc... id love to put up my videos but i dont want any trouble with the law

  • @cheaniggachea It is not a dyno, but it could be an airport, a closed road, a private road, a drag strip with a long runoff, a road outside the United States, etc etc etc... In American law you need this little thing called "evidence" to charge someone with a crime. If I could go to jail for posting a video of a speedometer that might be my car's, under the pretense that I "could" be the one driving it, and that it "could" be in a public road, we'd all be in trouble ;)

  • You might want to have Chris, Doug or Matt check out why your oil pressure doesnt go above 40psi. You should have A LOT more oil pressure when at higher RPMs. 35-40psi oil @ 6800RPM is a problem. Either the pump is on its way out, which is rare b/c they're mechanical. Your motor could be shot (I've seen plenty of LSx cars make 700hp+ on 7 cylenders). OR they went WAY to loose with the ring gap. Either way, i personally think 35psi @ 6800RPM will blow your motor up eventually, if not already.

  • Let me guess, novi 1500, stock heads, ecs small blower cam and meth.

  • @jhoe1upGuy ZR1 cam, but otherwise you're right.

  • @sambarros Your car really hooks! I have to air down my 345NT05R's to 22psi before they start to hold 2nd gear all the way up. I have a Z51 with ~794rwhp.

  • @jhoe1upGuy You probably have a lot more torque than I have! Mine "only" makes 580RWTQ and that's about all my tires are good for..

  • @sambarros 700rwtq. 580 seems alittle low on torque for 700hp, as long as it pulls like that who cares. I took some timing out of the tune to see what 1st felt like again. Makes me want to run around detuned so I can do low speed pulls. I wonder what my speedo looks like. I'm too scared to look at anything but the road when the fun pedal gets pressed. Are you holding the camera phone/steering wheel with one hand and the other shifting?

  • traction system off , thats my favorite thing to see
