I had that feeling for a long time. i dealt with it by confronting mortality. When you bout to go to sleep, think about death. Really think about it, examine the way you feel aboit it.

About the dissatisfaction, you gotta find that purpose that God has for you. It's not always something you want, per se, but is always something you need. Simply open your heart to God and let God show you. God's aways communicating with is, we simply have to listen.

I had that feeling myself for a lomg time. I thought i wasnt gonna live to see 20, and I though I deserved it. But I got over that by confronting my mortality, not being afraid to sit at night alone and simply play with it in your mind, really think about it. It may be scary, but it gets better. I've been learning that that feeling is actually really common among young people, even as young as 15.

Although you're going through all these hardships in your life, in eventuality they will happen. I recall in one of your past videos where you said to accept yourself for who you are. Regardless if you're 6'5 or 5'6, and I think if you take your own advice you'll really appreciate what you have more, and be less stressed or anxious.You and only yourself can make changes in your life, there's no sense in sitting and complaining about what you don't have. Last Comment: About the exercise 4 xs a week is better than anti-depressant thing- I heard this on PBS from the mouth of psychiatrist Dr. Amen. Google him he is GOOD! Ironic with his name don't you think? "Amen" and mental illness is spiritual warfare. Anyway there is also a SCIENCE to the brain, they did a study and he said depressed patients doing only exercise (4 xs a week) after a 5-6 week period BEAT OUT patients strictly on Zoloft, Prozac etc. for the same amount of time. Check him out.

I had (still have occasional but benign by comparison) religious OCD; I have 2 vids on it. I literally thought I was going to die. It was draining, terrifying... It was like I was living dead. I say all this to say that there is hope God is greater than what you're going through if you turn your troubles to Him AND work to help yourself in the natural He'll mend you. EXERCISE 4 xs a week! It's proven better than anti-depressants. I never took medication (good for some though) and I'm back to me.

I am so sorry for your loss. the latest push in medicine is that all black people who've reached 45 must get a colonoscopy. If you are anemic, with a low hemoglobin, you must get a colonoscopy. this video REALLY spoke to me.....my aunt died last year and my grandad is pretty much on his death bed at the moment.......then theres the fact that cancer runs on both sides of my family so it's somthin I've always worried about.

I think you should talk about it with someone. Maybe also start keeping a journal, it's a good way to get your thoughts out there. Try to find something to keep you positive, negative thinking can make you sick....then after you feel better, maybe think about going to college since it sounds like you want to go. In college there's lots of opportunties to travel. Schools usually have programs to help students pay for their trips. Keep your head up.
