1. team chemistry. A few players dont get along well

2. They are all great offensively but only have 1 REALLY strong defensive player (artest) so they lack a lot of "D" skill.

This isn't the NFL. He doesn't need to get bigger. Look at Kevin Garnett. Amazingly strong and balanced for a guy that's 6'11" 255.

Martin will be fine. He's not reckless like Wade. And he doesn't drive to the basket as much as the other guys mentioned. He plays off the ball a lot.
