pretty much all the same formats

they gotta keep a consistency or the game would take forever to progress from version to version

follow the steps instructed and it works okay most of the time

the song has to be the same length as the one it's designed for, etc...

tried getting 'What's up, People?!' working but between the song and the chart i got, there was like a 3 second lag x3

just gotta go for it

its better now that is for PC and u dont have to re-burn the CD

u can, using lefty flip and LShift, z, x, c and v as the keys

up and down do strum, but down then up

V = Green

C = Red

get the song in wmv or mp3 format and use an audio converter

I suggest using MeGUI's audio encode set to ogg, but if you dont mind the pirates, you can get a retail copy of TotalAudioConverter on some torrent place and use that to either ogg or midi

uTorrent happens to be the most efficient program for them.

try to get used to it, fiddle with the options a little.

Its a really convenient program ( ^_^)b

i would also recommend getting the no cd crack from the pirate bay, TPB

I downloaded your torrent. I followed all instructions from the torrent. GH3 is now installed on my computer. When I open DATA on songlist editor, it says "Unhandled Exception".

In short, here's my problem and I'm dying for a response so if ANYONE can help, please i'm all ears. I do everything step by step perfectly and everything goes according to how it should. But when I load up GH3, it doesn't load my custom songs at all it's still the same setlist in Quickplay and stuff. It doesn't even give me that pop-up like "Delete or Cancel". HELP PLEASE

for those who don't have a guitar hero controller you can use rock band controller by emulating as a keyboard using Xpadder. It detected my PS2 Wireless guitar as Harmonix Ps3 guitar controller and i was able to play Guitar hero 3 Legends of rock for PC!!! i will make a tutorial about it.... But the wammy will be a bit crappy and the Star power will be way too sensitive..

ignore what metal monkey said. You CAN make songs for ps2, and there are many different methods. Some require the FAT PS2 (the biggest one, the original) to be hacked, while others require a computer, a DVD ROM/CD ROM drive, and the program "Torrent." You can download it off the internet, I don't know it's price. Look up how to do it, good luck.

As for if it takes money, It depends. If you want to create a backup disk then you'll need a mod chip. (I prefer DMS4 EZI Pro Solderless Mod Chip). It costs about $60-$80.

Remember taking a backup of your saved games, since for every song added or removed, the saved games wont be able to load correctly, so it'll delete it.
