not sure exactly, but i'd say that even though they're in love and have said it and have helped each other through crises...this was a different level. I mean it's one thing to love someone it's another to have a loved one be sick, even if it's just the chicken pox. I think the lie was Arizona coping with that and coming to terms w/ it.
