@ImTheMizAndImAwesom3 they were doing things under the name of "Breaking Benjamin" which they didn't have the rights to do, so he fired them (and it was the guitarist and bassist, not 2 guitarists, Ben is the 2nd guitarist) and is suing them for the money they made authorizing remixes etc. and filed an injunction against them to keep them from using the name again. He and Chad are still together and will record and tour as soon as the lawsuit is over. so NOT broken up, just dumped 2 guys

@Chevellefan01 When I used to listen to it it sounded A# to me too, but everywhere I look and every video I watch they say it's in Drop C# or Db, whichever you want to call it.
@Chevellefan01 Its actually played in drop C or Drop C flat. me and some friends are performing this for a local talent show. we tried it in Drop D but it was too high, but drop C seemed to fit. You might also be able to pull off a similar sound with Drop D 1/2 step.
@Markazorax Yea, drop d is too high but it works as long as you arnt trying to play along. Hell, I even tried playing it in standard for the hell of it. Ill try drop c. I usually dont venture outside standard tuning. But I really wanted to play this song and I know alot of bb songs are really easy. Picked this one up in 15 minutes.
