  • I had this problem too, and fixed it by replacing the belt (the original belt became a bit slack a guess). Also the wheel looks dirty, one might try to clean it with a bit of alcohol before replacing the belt .

  • It is my gues you have adjusted the suspension. This may leave the turntable at an angle to the motor spindle giving rise to a problem you now have. My advise is to turn the large part of the turntable over and start the deck going. you can then determine which of the three suspension points need adjustment. I think the motor was fitted so the spindle was exactly erect so altering it may cause you to put the entire deck out meaning you never hear its at its full potential. Best of Luck

  • The motor is secured to the plinth with three threaded studs. One of them is adjustable. Slightly loosen the fixed two and adjust the other one up or down as needed to make the belt travel all the way down to the bottom of the pulley without going off the plastic pulley. Your belt is not traveling down far enough. You need to angle the motor pulley shaft away from the main shaft. Needs to be adjusted after a new belt is installed usually. Nice table.
